Matt joined the Javelin team in February 2024. As the Finance Manager at Javelin Venture Partners, Matt works closely with the CFO to help oversee the finance and accounting, compliance, and overall back office operations of the investment funds.

Prior to joining Javelin, Matt began his public accounting career as an auditor at RSM (formerly McGladrey), where he honed his skills and expertise over two years, specializing in financial services with a focus on Private Equity and Venture Capital. Thereafter, Matt transitioned to KPMG, where he worked on some of the largest Venture Capital clients in the Bay Area as a Senior Auditor with a focus on valuations. He earned his B.S in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
